How to PROCEED WITH LEGAL ACTION:

If you are an owner or lessee of one of the affected Volkswagen models please fill out the retainer agreement below to become a client of Kreindler and Kreindler, LLP for action against the responsible parties.

Once you begin the process, you will be emailed  an authorization code that allows you to sign into a secure online electronic signature service called DocuSign.  Once we receive your signed representation agreement you will be a client of Kreindler and Kreindler, LLP.  You will never have to pay anything out of pocket and any money paid to Kreindler and Kreindler, LLP will only come from a successful judgment or settlement that is won in the class action case.
